One of the main ways we ingest fat in our diet is by eating animal products, from meats to cheeses the amount of fat contained is not necessarily good in excess and it may be worth considering switching to a low fat vegetarian cooking based diet, which can help reduce cholesterol and provide us with a more healthy gut, lowering the risk of some cancers.
